So last night I was bathing Madison Jones and we are using this new soap called Aquafor because she has a rash on her face that's moved down to the rest of her body. We took her to see the pediatrician last Wednesday and we don't know what's causing it yet. So we are trying out different soaps along with different formulas since she's been spitting up quite a bit lately.
So the doctor recommended that we place Madison on Isomil soy formula. Well, we knew within a few hours that this was not going to agree with her stomach. She got all fussy and the formula was running straight through her. So, back to the original formula we went.
Anyway, the Aquafor lotion is crazy expensive. It's like $17 bucks a container, but it should last us for a while. Nevertheless, I digress. Let me get back on target for the reason for this post.
Again, while bathing Madison Jones she decided that it's time to take a #2. I had just finished washing her hair and was about to dry her off. So she's sitting in this mesh bathing chair (see post Madison's First Bath for a picture) and I feel helpless. I'm thinking, what should I do? Do I clean up the mess she's made first or do I bath her bottom now. What do I do with..........ya know...... the stuff? Do I take it and put it where we normally dispose of this kind of waste? And if so, how do I transport it there? OR, do I just find a way to make it go bye bye down the tub drain. No matter what I decided, I had a logistical dilemma on my hands.......literally!
Needless to say, we got the issue all squared away, but I hope I never have to do THAT again.
YUCK!!!
