The Jackson 5 + Janet

This just came through the wire, the Jackson 5 (including Michael) are in the studio working on an album and plan to tour next year. This is so exciting. Janet is supposed to be opening for them. I heard her mention in an interview with Tyra Banks a few months back that this was something that she was hoping for. By the way we just saw her last week at the American Airlines Center in concert. It was nice seeing her perform many of her hits that Tess and I grew up on along with some of our current favorites. In advance, I'll be surprised if any of the music on the album will be very good, but I will definitely be going to the concert regardless. I've never seen Michael Jackson in person before, so that will be a treat.

Amazing story. Tess actually met Michael Jackson backstage on his "Bad" tour. I'm sure it was a split second. But, as she recalls, she wasn't even excited because she didn't really like Michael Jackson at the time. WHAT? Everyone liked Michael Jackson at the height of his career. Mind you, we were 9 during the Bad album. She is crazy. I would have been splitting my wig to meet the Baddest man on the planet........uh, not really. But anyway.

One more thing. You may not recognize him, but Michael is the one the left at the bottom.

Oh and another thing. We'll finally find out where Tito has been. For some reason, he's the third most favorite brother behind Jermaine and usually the punchline to most of the family jokes.
