Today was one of those days that Tess contemplated over and over again. Since the day that Madison was born, she couldn't wait to get her ears pierced. For me, it was never a big deal. We had friends and family members asking us when were going to get it done. Well, after Madison received her shots at her last appointment, Tess has been super reluctanct to go ahead and do it. She hates for her little woman to experience the type of pain that makes her shriek aloud.
So yesterday, she went ahead and decided get her ears pierced. But, instead of being labeled the villain for the second time, she asked her mom to come with us to do the honors because she couldn't watch her baby in pain again. Instead, she went to another store during the ceremony.

If Madison knew what she was in for, she probably would have stopped outside of the mall and called for assistance.
We took her to Claire's and led her to the torture chamber. Check out the Judas smile of the sales lady.
Check out the on-lookers outside of the window. She grew quite a crowd.
And then, it happened.

Mean Mean Mean Mean. That poor sweet baby. I don't blame Tess, I would have to leave too.
