Bad Medicine

We took Madison to the Dr. a couple of weeks back because her itchy, rashy skin was uncontrollable. She was finally diagnosed with Eczema or however you spell it. So we were told to get her some Eucerin, 1% Hydrocortisone cream and Zyrtec. The Zyrtec kinda worried us because the box says that children under 2 shouldn't take it, but our Dr. told us to give it a try to see if it could help control her itching. So we did and in a couple of days she was all cleared up. We were supposed to use the Hydrocortisone for only a few days and then stop. Well, the day that we stopped we noticed that the rashy redness started coming back. Oh well, Madison has an appointment tomorrow. We'll see what Dr. "S" says.

In the meantime, here's one of our episodes of trying to get her to take the Zyrtec. She is so funny. She slightly enjoys the flavor, but as soon as it hits the back of her tongue, she quickly realizes that it's not her cup of tea. For the most part, she does a pretty good job.
