More Photoshopping

Today, I did something that I've been meaning to do for a long time. Cut a subject from one photo and paste it onto a completely separate background. It's one thing to just do it, but it's another to be able to make the image look like it was all created all at once. My assumption is that you'd probably need to be a true artist to be able to know how to properly blend the edges of the subject into the background to make it look real. Well, here was my attempt. The image looks a little dark and underexposed. If I feel like I got it right, I'll just post the new image a little later. I'll do a portrait of Tess tomorrow if I have time and post it then.
