I already know one thing. I need to be consistent about the exposure, lighting and distance that I use when taking these Friday Foto's. Well, if you've been reading my most resent posts, you'll know that I came down with some type of stomach bug on Monday of last week. Needless to say, I wasn't able to go to the gym or do any exercising for the rest of the week. So all of the weight that I did lose was truly WATER WEIGHT. I'm sure I'll end up gaining some of it back as my appetite increases.
