These are just a few of the many words that Miss Jones says these days that if you don't know her, you may not understand what she's saying. Before she was born I used to wonder what words in her vocabulary that she would absolutely slaughter. So yes, she has challenges like most all other children do with the letter "L". L comes out as a W. Actually "L" and "R" come out as a "W". Ya know, "Wo, Wo, Wo Ya Boat".
We love it and we think it's so cute. I personally give her a hard time about her crazy childish phonetics, trying to get her to pronounce her words "correctly", but it doesn't work. Honestly, we are amazed at how her vocabulary has improved immensely over the last 6 months. The recognizes a bunch of animals and their sounds. She still mixes up her colors when we teach them to her, but for some reason, when the colors are isolated, she can tell you without prompting the correct color of something. She has mastered counting to 10, so we're working on 11 through 20. She still need to work on recognizing her numbers and alphabets though. She knows her nursery rhymes for sure though. She watches more than enough Barney, that's for sure.
Till next time, Peace!!
