Bittersweet Beauty & Grace

So as we hang out here in the hospital room for day #4, I'm reminded of how boring it is to sit in a room and do NOTHING ALL DAY LONG.  The last time I had an extended stay in the hospital, I couldn't even tell you my name let alone where I was because I was a up to the tip of my pointed head in morphine and muscle relaxers.  

I've had time to clean up my memory cards to make sure I have the space to snap photos of Baby Boy Jones.  I came across a couple of pictures of Misses Jones from her classmate Kaitlyn's birthday party that we really like.  This is the sweet part. :o)

Yellow is a good color on her!  Also, you don't realize just how beautifully brown her eyes are until the sun hits them just right.

Oh yeah!  This is the bitter part.  She get's in her crazy moods and we are greeted with mean mugs and constant "No's".  On this particular evening, she decided that she wanted to run around with nothing but a diaper on, while covering herself with stickers.  The stickers on her left leg look like a bunch of chicken pox, right?

Other than that I don't have anything interesting to post about, so this was just my way of posting pics of the little one.  In a few days, she'll have  little brother to boss around.  Amen, Mrs. Jones and I get to share that burden with someone else.
