So, my 4th favorite Christmas song of all time is "This Christmas" by the late great soul singer, Donny Hathaway. This is definitely one of the most covered Christmas songs. Last person I heard record it was Christina Aguilera, lacing her version with ample rolls, melisma and vibrato. After listening to this song, you get the sudden urge to "shake a hand" when passing people on the street.
