For those of you who may be wondering, "So why is he going private with his blog?".
Well we live in a crazy world. Most of us are pretty descent people at heart. Some of us aren't as descent as we advertise to others. And there may a smaller percentage of us who are down right mean and rotten. (Of course, that doesn't mean that God can't change their heart.)
But then, there are people who are really deranged and there perception of reality and what's right or wrong is extremely skewed.
I have decided that we want to do as much as we can to protect ourselves from the crazies.

In an age where kidnapping, pedophilia and other crazy things happening around us. We have to be very careful. Now that I have a daughter I have to keep my eyes wide open. There are statistics that truly blow my mind. For instance, did you know that 1 out of every 3 women and 14% of boys have been sexually abused or taken advantage of before the age of 18.
That means that every 3rd woman that reads this blog has possibly be scarred in some form or fashion. And for the love of all things holy, for some reason people seem to think that the only people who molest boys are Catholic priests. Get off it already. Most of the people doing this stuff are friends of the family or family members.
Furthermore, 90% of predators have some type of involvement with pornography. So you catch my drift. Internet....porn.....blogs......kids.... Get it? Hey, I watch Law & Order: SVU :o)
(Disclaimer: In no way am I trying to diminish your situation if you were taken advantage of by a Catholic priest, but hopefully you understand what I'm really saying).
Just be careful everybody.

I don't blame you,dear. There are some truly SICK souls in this world & we have to do what we need to do to protect our own.
I have a blog on Yahoo that is for friend's only, but on Blogger...I don't care who reads it because I limit what I put on it. If you know anything about me on a personal, you know that I don't get TOO involved other than general mention.
