15 Pounds In 15 Weeks - Week 2 Review

Sorry about the blurry picture. I was in a rush this morning.

And I must confess. I cheated! I was supposed to take this picture yesterday morning, but I wasn't satisfied with the results. Sometimes depending on when you weigh yourself, you can actually gain a little weight. I wasn't satisfied with the 170.2 that popped up on the scale screen.

As usual, my goal was 1 pound. So I went from 169.4 to 166.8. This is what usually happens the morning after an evening run. Instead I'll note only the 1 pound loss.

Next week's goal is 167.4. Looks like I'm not to far away from it.

It just goes to show you what a descent amount of exercise and a better diet can do for you. It also helps that Tess is on the eating plan promoted by her boot camp. Till next time....
