Facing "Your" Giants

You can draw inspiration from so many things in life. One of those things can be movies. Media is probably 2nd to relationships as of means of influencing people's lives. I was browsing the Facebook page of one of my favorite singers who is a former member of the Parachute Band new New Zealand this morning and someone posted the following video. I've not seen the moving "Facing the Giants" yet, but I found inspiration from this clip.

We are sometimes stronger than we know. Many of us have a wall up in our hearts to CHANGE and we tell ourselves that we cannot do something. No, I do not believe we can do ANYTHING that we want to do, but we can do EVERYTHING that God has called us to do. We all can't be engineers, firefighters or data-entry clerks. We have to stay in the lane that God gave us. Anyway, sometimes we have to tear down the walls that would keep us from accomplishing our goals. Sometimes it hurts. Sometimes we want to give up. But don't. Be prepared for discomfort. Ask God for the strength to break the barriers that you've put up as you've moved through your life. You will surprise yourself. If you, through the power of His Holy Spirit can tear down 1 wall, you'll see that it will be easier to tear down the 2nd and then the 3rd. Check out this clip:

So, again draw Strength from God and you can conquer your Walls.
