I'm down a whole pound from 170.4 to 169.4!
The first week is usually the easiest week to commit to. My weight loss plan includes a better diet, running and physical therapy. I found this cool website that allows you to map your routes and the distance of it. It's called Map My Run. What I thought was at least a 3 mile run has only been about 2.6 miles. What a bummer. I have a long way to go... Maybe next week I'll attempt to tackle the 3.1 mile route I mapped out. I'm eating something at least 5 times a day in the process. This week I'll try to add some weight training and ab exercises in the mix.
