Cookies For Santa

We decided that this Christmas Eve, we would allow Misses Jones a chance at baking chocolate chip cookies for Santa. Unfortunately, she was battling a cold, but still had enough strength to make it through. I'd perk up too if I had the chance to play with the hand held mixer. So with the help of Mommy, Daddy and Memaw, she embarked upon something she's never done before.

And let me tell you, she did a GREAT job and was sure to help clean up her mess. We pulled out her multi-purpose yellow table so she could get to everything. She added almost all of the ingredients herself. She even added a few sneezes into the mixture for good measure.

By the time she was all done, she was literally A MESS! You can see she had flour all in her hair. One thing for sure is that she had a blast. Can't wait to do it again next year!
