Blueberry Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast

I absolutely love breakfast for dinner and this evening was no exception. Tess whipped up some bacon and stuffed french toast. It didn't come out looking exactly as the picture above, but whose does, right? Again another spot on meal from my lovely wife. The recipe is shown above just in case you'd like to try it.

Just look at that bacon. lol.

P.S. Tess wanted me to mention that she used concentrated orange juice instead of a freshly squeezed orange.
