Socks & Flip-Flops

Our wonderful little helper loves to use the push broom to sweep the floor.  Honestly, she's just pushing the dirt around, but we'll do almost anything to make her feel like she's contributing to the household duties. 

So, on this particular day, her mom bought her some flip flops for the summer to help keep her feet cool as we deal with this Texas weather.  Although she was somewhat skeptical as to whether or not Misses Jones could tolerate something between her toes, she decided to purchase them anyway. 

Here they are close-up.  This is definitely ghetto.  Lookin' like a little old granny.  If she never removes those socks, she'll never get to accomplish her dreams of being a foot model.
