So later in the evening, the ladies treated me to a nice dinner at Truluck's. Mmm, I love their Hot and Spicy Shrimp.
We had one of the first reservations, so the place was pretty much empty when we got there. Is my face really that fat? It looks like my face is pasted on somebody else's body.
Here's another picture with me and my honey. She really doesn't use the car seat indoor that much anymore, but she decided to take a nap on our way to the restaurant.
One more pic to commemorate the day.
Quick story. You know this is the only place that I've been to where they have actual sugar cubes. So I'm gone try to act all sophisticated and uppity and stuff and put a sugar cube in my tea... my cold...ice...tea. Immediately, I realize that that may not be the right way to go. I already knew from previous tries that even loose sugar doesn't dissolve easily in cold water. So why would a solid cube of it be any different? I'll take, "I'm an idiot for 200 Alex". I feel like a life test dummy sometimes.
And finally, Madison noticed that there was a mirror above our booth. This child never refuses an opportunity to play with her best friend....herself. Although, I believe that she is finally aware that the person in the mirror is she.

Hi! Thanks for stopping by my blog. When I came over to yours, I realized, Oh, that's Tess' husband and Madison's Daddy! I just love reading Tess' blog and seeing all the precious pics of Madison. Is that your baby pic on the side? That looks exactly like Madison! It's amazing!
It sounds like you had a great Father's Day! I was cracking up about the sugar cube....I probably would've done the same thing. :)
