Fighting Ants

Since we moved into our home we have engaged in insect warfare, which is typical I guess for brand new homeowners.   With the Texas heat comes a whole different set of challenges.  One of which is these doggon ants.  We've kept them out by spraying the inside of our house with Ortho home defense as well as outside.  Adding B-B-Gone Max to the yard has done an awesome job of running the spiders and ants out of our yard.  

But I think I waited a couple of weeks too long to put this stuff this last time.  Other than that, the ants are getting a little more aggressive.  They are started to find ways to get in.  Like finding their way through electrical outlets... or better yet coming up through the bottom of the handles on the bathtub.. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?  REALLY?

So I'm having to use little paintbrushes to brush insecticide around outlets and such to keep them out.  I can literally go in one room, come back and it's like they've magically appeared.  It's crazy.  

Now I'm trying to figure out how to end this post... I don't feel like thinking...Okay, I'm done.
